Hello! I’m Krystle O’Neill, owner and principle designer at The O’Neill Casa. Born and raised in San Diego, California, I spent most days on the shores of the beautiful California Coastline. My passion for design started as a little girl, I knew designing was my life’s mission: I wanted to create homes that improved families everyday living; functionally and emotionally. Fast forward many years, my passion only grew stronger. Upon graduating high school, I furthered my educational career and received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute- San Diego in 2009. Spending my formative years studying the technical and architectural side of Interior Design gave me a foundational understanding of how homes are built, from concept to completion. 

After working MANY facets of the design field, I began my career here in the Carolina’s as a Technical Designer turned Lead Designer. I put my education into practice designing custom homes where luxury, function and livability co-exist. I’ve spent the last few years refining my skills and honing in on my personal goals and aesthetic. As a family we decided to launch The O’Neill Casa, where I am able to showcase the work I pour my heart and soul into. The O’Neill Casa, L.L.C. was born in 2022- a veteran & family owned full service boutique interior design studio located in Lake Wylie, SC, just 14 miles south of Charlotte, NC.

Krystle has over 19 years experience in residential interior renovations and new construction with a specialty in kitchen & bath design. Our relaxed coastal lifestyle inspires our fresh laid-back aesthetic. The coastal landscape- its sandy shorelines, textures and its simplicity—provides an endless swell of design inspiration that carries over organically into our work. We offer experiences, memories, and a place to truly call home. Each project is a journey, a tale of dreams realized and spaces transformed.
